6.0 MAINTENANCE

6.1 ADVICE AND MAINTENANCE WARNINGS

• Before any service on the machine AL-

WAYS disconnect it from the electrical

source.

• Never use flammable products to clean

the machine.

• All services not described in this manual

must be effected ONLY by qualified person-

nel.

• ALWAYS use proper safety equipment.

6.2 TYPICAL MAINTENANCE

DAILY:

• To keep the machine in good conditions clean follow-

ing:

- floor surrounding,

- machines’ components,

- water tank,

- water pump E (Fig. 12) inlet.

• Grease sliding guides at grease fittings A (Fig. 12)

using a manual grease gun B (Fig. 12)

Recommended Grease: General purpose #2 Lithum

based grease without molybedenum disulfide.

EVERY 2 WEEKS:

• Put grease on the vertical screw C (Fig. 12) using a

small brush D (Fig. 12)

Recommended Grease: General purpose #2 Lithum

based grease without molybedenum disulfide.
