any and all warranties, including those of merchantability and

fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one year from date

shipment, and liability for incidental or consequential damages

or expenses is excluded. Some states do not allow limitations on

the duration of an implied warranty, and some states do not allow

the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,

so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This

parts of the product since such items are warranted by their

manufacturers.

does not warrant alterations or repairs which were not

tion and which affect the stability or reliability of the product.

does not warrant products which have been exposed to

misuse

andlor negligence or have been involved in an accident.

reserves the right to change or improve its products

without incurring any obligations to make such changes or im-

provements on products purchased previously.
